While drinking cheap Bia Hoi in Hanoi, we had one weird experience that’s worth sharing here.
After our hike in Sapa, we planned to chill out on a two-day boat cruise in the beautiful Halong Bay. But fate wasn’t on our side…
As part of our hike in the mountains around Sapa, we were also offered a herbal bath experience. We had no idea what to expect and it was fascinating enough to write a few words about it.
After nearly a week in central Vietnam, Hanoi was supposed to be our last destination in Vietnam acting as starting point for several adventures like trekking in Sapa’s picturesque mountains and magnificent rice terraces.
South Vietnam was just an amazing time. Relaxing beach moments, a stunning trip to floating markets, new impressions and very good Craft beer in HCMC. We could have easily spent more time in that area. But it was time to move on towards the north.
Our first destination in Vietnam was booked in advance. It was located on the beautiful Phu Quoc Island.
We really enjoy Vietnam so far. It is a beautiful country with lovely and friendly people. And they have very unique coffee.
